Position OverviewWe are currently looking to hire a Business Analyst for their Market Research Department. The main responsibilities will be:
Analyze and monitor the oncology market to identify trends, competitor dynamics, and areas of improvement to identify threats and opportunities for the company.Create and maintain competitive intelligence reports to form a business strategy.Support qualitative and quantitative ad-hoc research studies, working closely with external agencies.Review, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to provide business insights to support the commercial department.Synthesize data from primary and secondary sources to generate actionable insights.Develop patient forecasting models.Support brand teams in incorporating insights for business decisions.Provide input into the Brand Business Strategic yearly plan (patient flow, market understanding, stakeholders value drivers, patient journey, and leverage points).Together with the manager, build the next generation CRM, identify an omnichannel approach and/or multichannel measuring and monitoring.Build a Key Performance Indicator dashboard relating to the field objectives, messages to deliver, sales, units, market shares vs competitors.Collaborate on preparing data for sales analysis to establish trends and patterns, improve the accuracy of forecasts, and identify areas of improvement in the sales process.Provide support on updating accounts and contacts in the CRM system to ensure the customer's data is reliable, consistent, and up to date.Collaborate on CRM database maintenance to resolve data quality issues by removing duplicates, correcting errors, and periodically verifying data integrity.Search for relevant data by analyzing the correlation among variables from different databases and detecting those which can be relevant for sales analysis, customer targeting, and segmentation.
