We aim to drive meaningful change through social commitment and innovation.The OpportunityeWorks is Esade's Venture Creation initiative, a dynamic and innovative program at Esade Business School dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and supporting new ventures.As part of our team, you will engage with a vibrant community of thinkers, makers, entrepreneurs, and investors.We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join the eWorks team as a Project Manager for our Venture Creation programs, which provide activities and initiatives designed to support early-stage startups in moving from idea/MVP to market.You will play a crucial part in managing the accelerator's logistics, mentoring programs, and engagement with stakeholders.Your Main ResponsibilitiesPlay a crucial role in planning and managing the execution of the day-to-day operations of the venture creation programs, including planning, coordinating, and executing program activities and events.Support and maintain relationships with mentors, industry experts, and investors to ensure our robust support network for startups.Coordinate logistics for program events such as workshops, pitch sessions, and networking events with a special focus on Founders Meetups - the biweekly series of events run by eWorks to bring together the entrepreneurial community - and also the yearly Esade Entrepreneurship Summit.Support the progress evaluation of participating startups, offering feedback and resources to facilitate their growth.Assist in the communication and promotion of the activities to attract high-quality applicants and maximize engagement.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the venture creation programs by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing new initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.Experience in project management in the entrepreneurship support structures or accelerator space.Fluent in both written and verbal English and Spanish (Catalan a plus).Proficiency in office and project management software and social media platforms.2 years in project management in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with proactivity, autonomy, and a sense of ownership of activities.Strong communication skills.Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.EWorks is part of the ESADE Entrepreneurship Institute, an institute dedicated to research and outreach about entrepreneurship
