Job Responsibilities:Provide advice to directors on portfolio allocation for yielding opportunitiesAssist in yield farming operations, including transaction co-signingIdentify and evaluate optimal risk-adjusted yielding opportunitiesConduct thorough risk due diligence on potential protocolsEnsure internal alert system coverage remains current and comprehensiveMonitor and analyze emerging trends in yield farming (e.g., new protocol launches, meta-strategies, airdrops)Actively participate in investment committee discussions, contributing insights on capital allocation decisionsCandidate Requirements:In-depth understanding of DeFi protocolsProven experience in yield farming strategiesProficiency in analyzing protocols across various risk categories (e.g., smart contract, economic, governance, etc)Strong expertise in risk control and managementAbility to inspect and validate transaction details (e.g., calldata input fields) prior to executionAdvanced proficiency in on-chain investigation tools (e.g., Etherscan, Nansen, Phalcon)Entrepreneurial mindset with a capacity for independent and flexible thinkingSelf-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach to work
