WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? BS/BA degree in Management, Supply Chain Management or EngineeringNative or fluent speaking in English (at least C1)7-10 years of experience in procurement3-5 years of experience in People and Culture, Professional Services or Logistics category managementDeep understanding of pricing and pricing models in different geographies/markets (global markets).

You will lead Global Mobility Services category, including relocation, immigration, and tax services.You will be a trendsetter and the subject matter expert in Global Mobility, developing a Global Strategic Procurement plan by interacting with key stakeholders, analyzing category data and metrics to drive and deliver end-to-end category management practices in line with overall functional strategies.You will work closely with our Global Mobility team driving our Global Mobility Program expansion, implementing cost optimization initiatives and supporting the risk management strategy.You will execute Global and regional strategies by engaging with internal cross-functional partners, building relationships with external suppliers and industry experts while adhering to current processes and recommending improvements to standard processes, focusing on cost improvement and quality, and service levels.You will be involved in a highly intensive and rapidly changing area, leading cost optimization projects, implementing best practices, following through commitments from start to finish and removing barriers that get in the way of achieving the results, managing high-cost contracts on a global level.
