The role will require the individual to cover the principal logistics markets across Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza, Valencia, Malaga, Bilbao etc), however, with a particular focus on Madrid. The Logistics Leasing team at Knight Frank is currently made up of four members, sitting within the Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets P&L. We have managed to position ourselves as a reference for our clients, currently reporting as exclusive or co-exclusive leasing broker to several of the top leading investors and developers operating in the market. We try to differentiate on delivering a high quality, data intense and investor perspective driven service, which allows us to be always ahead of the changing sector.RESPONSIBILITIES- Track and analyse supply and demand activity across the key Spanish logistics markets (Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza, Valencia, Malaga, Bilbao etc);- Build a client network of occupiers/operators in order to understand and find solutions for their logistics real estate requirements and activities in Spain;- Partake in the negotiation (commercial matters) of lease contracts signed between landlords and tenants;- Carry out reporting to institutional clients both international and national regarding commercialisation progress for specific asset mandates;- Carry out and assist with Commercial Due Diligence reports, dissecting market data to form analytical conclusions on key market dynamics;- Contribute to the preparation of client presentations and pitch materials for new business pursuits.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's Degree/Master's in business, Economics, Law or related field- Native/advanced in Spanish and advanced in English- Possibility of signing agreement with university- Available for working full-timeWHY KNIGHT FRANKAt Knight Frank, we believe that personal relationships are a crucial part of ensuring each client's satisfaction.
