About this opportunity: We are now looking for a Service Delivery Line Manager. In this role, you will ensure customer value and happiness through efficient service delivery. As an SDM (Service Delivery Manager), you will support service sales directly or indirectly via the unit resources as you understand and align with the overall service delivery processes, models, and strategies within the Operate (Managed Services) business. You will have a role in the line organization of CU IB NMSD Optimize & Operate, with the purpose to lead your area of responsibility aligned with the instructions.
You will collaborate to ensure that work is driven within the scope of OHS requirements. All activities in the Ericsson group are performed under the responsibility of one or more Line Managers. Line Managers act per the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote Ericsson's values, ethics, and culture of the organization to ensure excellent performance.
What you will do:
Ensure local service delivery execution within Operate business.Implement Service Delivery Strategy according to BA (BCSS) and MA (MELA) directives securing unit targets achievement.Optimize Cost of Delivery and Productivity increasing as much as possible the use of Automation and Off-shoring.Determine macro actions to improve service-related customer satisfaction and secure implementation across the CU.Be responsible for supporting services sales.Build a productive work environment for individuals and your own organization.Build resources pool based on business forecast.Ensure right service delivery quality in the CU applicable contracts and trigger MA support when necessary.Secure resources in the team have the right competence to support the business demand.Conduct Resource management.Look after unit finance within your group securing the right utilization, billability. You will bring:
Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience.Min years of experience: +5 of relevant experience within services delivery organizations at Ericsson or externally.Domain experience: multi-domain RAN, Transport, IP, Core, will be valuable.Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy in particular related to Operate business.Excellent planning and prioritization skills.Proven teammate & experience managing people.Proven track record on Change management skills.Knowledge of the sales process, customer, and market insight.Excellent Social and communication skills.Financial foresight and skills.Formulating strategies and concepts being able to adhere to principles and values.Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.Fluent in English as well as in Spanish.
