The individual will be working closely with our colleagues from Honeywell Process Solutions in the region.
HCI territory manager Italy & East Med is reporting to HCI Regional Sales Manager Southern Europe.Key Responsibilities Establishing relationships with existing install base customers promoting Honeywell Connected Industrials portfolio, expanding our reach to new areas of cooperation.Approaching new logo customers with Honeywell Connected Industrials portfolio, deciding on proper entry strategy based on customer specifics.Creating long-term strategy as well as short-term plans to reach given financial targets.Interfacing with Manager / Director level employees of customers to promote Honeywell Connected Industrials value proposition.Act as the first point of contact to Honeywell Process Solutions colleagues working closely with them on both long-term strategy and short-term actions on key Honeywell accounts.Ability to assess and analyze customer needs and create competing solutions based on Honeywell Connected Industrials portfolio.Compelling written/verbal communications, and presentation skills.Excellent win-win negotiator.Ability to motivate and energize others; high-energy, go-getter.Be an optimist, and a tenacious person at the same time
