What are we looking for?We are looking for a Business Analyst to be part of a team working closely with one of our main clients. The role will involve owning the whole analysis lifecycle, i.e., carrying out analysis, working with the business area to elicit/document requirements, working with the development teams, executing the testing, and reporting progress against a plan/risks to the lead. This position can be performed 100% remote from any location in Spain.
What UST expects from you?Finance Knowledge: Experience working in Financial Services/Banking organization with an understanding of Financial Services/Retail, Business, and Corporate Banking.Documentation: Experience in carrying out data and process analysis to create specifications documents.AWS Knowledge.Solid Experience in Hadoop/SQL: Able to test changes and issues properly, replicating the code functionality into SQL.Analyst Skills: Experience in end-to-end project management activities such as preparing the Estimation Plan, Creating Specifications, creating Technical Requirements (Jira), Testing solutions, and creating test case scenarios.Technical Skills: Being able to read Scala/Spark code.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Valuable and Desirable: Being entitled to a Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).
