Job Description: Responsibilities: Develop Environment, Health & Safety procedures, programs, and systems at a wind farm servicing organization.
Conduct & manage Health & Safety training for all site personnel.
Participate in daily and weekly EHS meetings and conduct weekly calls with the Global TPI organization.
Conduct & manage self-assessments to ensure compliance with all local regulations and company standards.
Assist operations personnel in developing a knowledge base for site compliance.
Coordinate with all levels of the facility to determine EH&S solutions for business issues on a day-to-day basis.
Perform risk assessments about current and potential circumstances.
Maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
Support the company in any kind of permitting processes.
Facilitate all legal requirements related to activities in customer workplaces.
Manage legal and regulatory reporting requirements within the organization.
Qualifications: Experienced in working with wind farm maintenance and installation processes.
Knowledgeable about crane works and working at height rules.
Certification in working at height is an advantage.
