The Sr Director, Project Management is a key role within our Clinical Delivery Services Division (part of Thermo Fisher Scientific's newly acquired PPD clinical research organization), providing strategic leadership and management in the direction and execution of the operations and resourcing for the business in a complex cross-functional environment. This includes developing and implementing strategies that ensure continuous process improvement and optimize organizational performance, processes, and associated systems, training and communications in order to achieve business goals and objectives.The role also provides advice and strategic guidance to staff and directs business strategy and operational efficiency. The role is being offered as fully remote (working from home) based anywhere in Europe or eastern timezone USA. Some international travel may be required - up to 10% per annum - including overnight stays.
