Our client, a leading multinational company in the leisure and entertainment sector, is currently in the process of expansion, with several work centers throughout Spain and more than 500 employees. Within its expansion plan, we are looking for a Business Analyst. The role of Business Analyst is to work closely with the International MD to align the full team around the strategic objectives, ensuring that all efforts are delivering consistently against these objectives in a tangible, efficient, and effective manner.As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate in the preparation of the International Division's operational plans and contribute to the presentation of information relevant to the Group, as well as to the implementation of key projects within the organization, ensuring that actions are aligned with the strategic objectives set by the Team Management.Main Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesContributing to the development of the business plans that support the overall Objectives.Work on the initiation and delivery of strategic plans. Deliver clear lines of sight from strategy through to plans to delivery of initiatives, ensuring communication and alignment of people and teams are well understood. Acting in certain cases as Project Leader.Prepare reports for the MD and the Management Team, identifying issues, apparent problems, opportunities, and service gaps, and recommend initiatives and amendments to policies and programs, as required. Collaborate with the Management Team to create Business Cases for specific projects.Act as a liaison with certain corporate departments in the UK and provide KPIs and updates on the status of the Division's key projects.Lead on communication of status and progress on key strategic initiatives; ensure items are well understood by all relevant levels of the business - from concept to impact once delivered.Consistently monitor management information reports identifying issues, challenges, opportunities, and service gaps, and direct the executive management team to follow up.Build excellent relationships with executive stakeholders and provide support and guidance on the execution of strategic decisions and definition of procedures and practices.Monitor industry trends and report findings to senior management.Ensure all documentation and processes are fit for purpose and in support of the overall business objectives.Knowledge, Expertise and QualificationsExcellent oral, written, presentational and communication skills, both in English and Spanish, to all levels of the business - both written & verbal, ability to formulate and present a plan, a business case and updates to multiple audiences.Used to work with and interpret financial information and KPIs and building business cases, budgets, and forecasts.Proven team player with the ability to be self-motivated and work on own initiative.Ability to develop/maintain positive working relationships with a wide-ranging group of internal and external stakeholders.Strong attention to detail.Comfortable with new scenarios and projects; proactive and able to define approach and plans.3 Years of experience as Business Advisor or Business Consultant in a Top Consulting Firm or in a Transformation, Corporate or Strategy Department in a Multinational Company.Fluent in Spanish and English.Personal QualitiesGood balance between long-term and short-term thinking, with strong prioritization skills.Highly organized and structured, works at pace.Highly adaptable with a «can do» attitude.Action-oriented, able to create and organize with a continuous improvement mindset - prepared to be "hands on" to achieve change.Listens, involves and treats others with respect.Discreet and confidential.Planning, prioritization, and organizing capabilities.Demonstrates a sense of passion and pride about own work. Positive attitude and adapts well to change.Inspires passion and excitement around shared goals, promoting an environment of achievement.We offerFull-time from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with flexible hours and telework of 100% after the onboarding period, and 2 or 3 days a month arranged in the offices.Work center: Barcelona (center).Intensive summer hours.
