Role Responsibilities: Invoice Review and Processing: Ensure all invoices have appropriate documentation before payment.Data Entry: Perform accurate and timely data entry for invoices and general ledger.Vendor Account Reconciliation: Execute precise reconciliation of vendor accounts.Vendor Account Management: Create and maintain vendor accounts efficiently.Dispute Management: Track, query, and resolve any disputes effectively.Month-End Closing Activities: Assist in closing activities to ensure smooth financial operations.What We Are Looking For: Education: Finance and Accounting Vocational qualification.Technical Skills: Other Education / Certifications in Excel and SAP.Data Entry: Strong skills in accurate and efficient data entry.Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy.
