Job Description: Indirect Procurement is part of Galderma Procurement managing the indirect spend as a total via matrixed organization. We are on a Perform and Transform journey creating additional value for Galderma in general and Procurement more specifically. Through category management, you deliver strategic stakeholder & supplier relationship management, build fit-for-purpose solutions enabling cost reduction and growth. You will be part of a highly engaged team always acting with integrity and a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities: Implement Indirect Procurement plans and processes related to goods and services commonly bought for consumption by internal stakeholders.
Contribute to developing processes associated with Sales & Marketing, Employee Services, Professional Services, Meetings Travel & Events, Fleet Management, Freight & Distribution.
Implement and execute Indirect Procurement processes including Supplier selection, Negotiating prices and terms, Purchase order processing, Tracking when supplies are received, Contract administration.
Implement, execute and maintain the programs and policies for strategic sourcing of goods and services.
Contribute to the development and administration of all processes related to Supplier performance management.
Secure industry compliance requirements.
Skills & Qualifications: Entrepreneurial mindset with strong experience in working in complex matrix organizations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement with Country Procurement Management experience.
Proficiency in English (written and oral); N. Cluster market languages would be a plus.
Expert in local requirements (legislation, culture, supply base).
Highly proficient with MS Office Suite, including Excel & PPT.
Excellent negotiation skills, independent, motivated, and self-driven.
Excellent strategic thinking skills combined with strong critical thinking skills.
Able to adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment.
Outstanding track record of improving operational processes.
Experience working with leadership teams and senior management.
Ability to influence both suppliers and internal/external stakeholders, and to lead impacting, and recognized as such, sourcing projects.
Buying channel & S2P Experience.
