In this role, you will lead and mentor a UX designer while directly contributing to design projects focused on marketing automation, personalized experiences, campaign management, automated content assembly and delivery, and the design of internal tools to manage critical business processes.Your responsibilities include:Creating and refining business processes into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance user satisfaction and align with business goals.Developing and implementing UX strategies for marketing automation and personalization, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.Ensuring high-quality UX deliverables that drive business success and improve user satisfaction.Staying current with industry trends, standard processes, and emerging technologies in UX design, especially related to marketing and personalization platforms.Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of UX designs, using data to drive continuous improvement.Conceptualizing and exploring transformational new product design solutions which evolve and differentiate the Vista experience for our customers.Shaping ambiguous ideas into concrete user stories and innovative product experiences, applying a user-centered design process.Creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that align with user needs and business goals.Collaborating with engineers and data scientists to experiment and evolve our marketing automation platform.Driving cross-functional alignment, pushing creativity and innovation, and challenging established thinking.Contributing thought leadership and design execution towards a long-term Vista experience strategy and vision.El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo:Kit Empleo #J-18808-Ljbffr
