.SHIFT - ONE ERP PROGRAM Sanofi is globally deploying its new back-office and industrial affair cross-functional system processes - covering Finance, SBS, Supply Chain, Trade and Manufacturing across all GBUs - through the implementation of a Global ERP (iSHIFT project) using SAP S4/HANA technology.
This Transformation program aims at: Enabling Global Business Units (GBU) & Global Functions with Analytics Common analytics by GBU and for Global functions to improve performance and cost management Transversal data consolidation as well as more granular analyses Common budget tools by GBU Facilitating a seamless integration of planning and actual data setting-up automation in reporting to enable Global Shared Services (SBS) Support SBS strategy by implementing an end-to-end approach (e.G.
P2P fully covered by integrated Group solutions from eBuy to AP Invoicing, T&E) Opportunity to consolidate new activities in Shared Services (e.G.
Master Data Management, Credit Management) and to develop global Shared Services organization models (e.G.
T&E) Support reporting factories Simplifying processes and Sanofi users' experience State-of-the-art global systems ensuring an end-to-end process integration while providing a simplified user's experience Major changes to reporting or processes handled centrally at once One source of truth on master data and a common automated internal control framework Improved integration or divestment capabilities through a standardized methodology JOB SUMMARY The iSHIFT Finance (A2R, P2P, CI2C) Solution Delivery Expert will contribute to the design and the deployment of a single technical solution covering Finance's standardized processes in a single SAP solution for all businesses on all geographies.
He/she will bring his/her expertise of business processes and SAP solutions, best practices and possible improvements.
He/she will contribute, for his/her scope of responsibility within Finance, to solution design and to deliver all project deliverables under Solution Delivery responsibility (SAP solutions design, implementation in the systems, all related documentation), for the Projects he is assigned to, for Project duration.
