They have more than 10,000 employees based in 19 countries.¿Qué harás?: You will be responsible for reconciliations, accounting (G&A, assets, AP, AR, etc.), administrative tasks, local and USGAAP reporting, preparation of reports for CHS Iberica and other companies of the group. Your main responsibilities include:Timely and accurate preparation and processing of journal entries (with appropriate supporting documentation) for month-end close and accounting transactions.Managing accounts payable and receivable, General and Administrative cost recognition, and travel expenses.Performing balance sheet, bank, and intercompany reconciliations, Mark to Market calculation on open contracts and inventory, monthly G&A cost allocation and accruals/prepaid, and follow-up local accounting and USGAAP reporting to EMEA headquarters (including local to USGAAP bridge) PLUS explanation of the financial results in collaboration with the commercial team.Documenting processes and tasks (flowcharts and narratives) and ensuring internal controls.Managing relations with internal auditors (when needed) and service providers for local accounting book and VAT filings.Providing backup support to Geneva on certain processes.¿A quién buscamos?: You are the person that we are looking for if you meet the following qualifications and requirements:Very good level of English and Spanish.Academic background in Finance and/or Accounting.Good knowledge of JD Edwards (Oracle) software or SAP + Excel.Ability to travel within Europe (up to a few days per month).USGAAP experience is a plus, especially regarding Mark to Market commodity.Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in a Finance/Accounting position or Audit.Experience in trading companies and/or VAT is desirable.Soft skills:Good communicator at all levels and customer-oriented (mainly internal).Proactive and dynamic person.Decisive, flexible, and team-oriented with the ability to perform in a matrix environment.¿Qué ofrecemos?:Immediate incorporation.Competitive salary + commission.Permanent contract.Laptop and mobile phone.¿Necesitas + info?: Luciano Geraci- +34 936 06 57 00 (132)El anuncio original lo puedes encontrar en Kit Empleo:https://www.kitempleo.es/empleo/116842698/yux503-finance-accountant-barcelona/?utm_source=html
