Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing? As a VMware Digital Core Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the technical stages of the sales cycle to ensure customer success and meet revenue goals for VMware. What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like? The Digital Core Solution Engineering Team is diverse and dynamic, with a great mix of former VMware Academy graduates and senior industry Solution Engineers too. As a team, we are constantly evolving and growing, and we believe that each one of us brings our own uniqueness and innovation to the table. Teamwork is a vital part of our ethos. From our leadership to our most junior team members, we are expected to help each other every day to achieve our own and mutual goals, doing our best to be better and more efficient in everything we do. The management team has more than 15 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Sales, Management of early talent and building successful and highly motivated teams.
Where is this role located? This role is based out of VMware's state-of-the-art Digital Sales Centre in Barcelona which is home to a vibrant, diverse, and talented team of young professionals from across Europe.
