- Support in the processing of Grant Agreements and Consortium Agreements.
- Management of awarded projects, preparation of financial reports and audits.
- Support to the Principal Investigator for the follow-up of the project work plan, reports, justifications, and implementation of grant agreements.
Anticipate possible deviations during the project execution, planning risk contingency actions if necessary.
- Ensure compliance with UAM institutional policies and procedures and European Commission regulations and requirements regarding the implementation of the project in terms of grant implementation.
- Expedite communication between the Principal Investigator and the European Commission.
- Other job-related duties as requested to contribute to the overall functioning of the European and International Projects Office (OPEI) of the UAM.
