Location: Barcelona
We are looking as of now for an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager who will be responsible to maximise the value of our existing Mobility and Marketing partnerships, identifying ways to improve the partnerships for both parties.
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:Develop long-term strategic relationships with a diverse portfolio of partnersUncover new insights to increase adoption of FREENOW's offering and to extend relationships into broader partnership opportunitiesManage regular meetings with the partner to ensure alignment and optimise the relationship (improve performance, pursue profitability, facilitate joint marketing efforts)Regular preparation of performance reports for both the partner and internal stakeholdersProactively dig deeply into data to inform decisions and push for a better operational relationship and performanceGet feedback from partners regarding strengths, challenges and opportunities, leverage this feedback to internal stakeholders (e.g. partnerships, product teams, marketing)Work cross-functionally within FREENOW to enhance our relationship with the partner and ultimately to optimise the customer experienceTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:You have a relevant university degree and profound work experience in this or a similar roleYou have strong communication and presentation qualitiesYou love to ask great questions - and hear the answersYou are always eager to dig into the weeds but also able to pull back out and connect what's been learned back to the larger strategyYou are dedicated & eager to find something odd in the data, ask why it exists and what it means, and dig in to figure out what to do with that new informationYou are tenacious and curious, self-motivated and entrepreneurialYou are organised, with a high attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to work independentlyYou are comfortable working directly with people at all levels and roles in an organisationYou are eager to build long-lasting relationships and improve the world of urban mobilityYou are fluent in EnglishBENEFITS & PERKS IN A NUTSHELL:Flexible working arrangementsFree LinkedIn Learning accessSabbatical & special leave policiesWeRoad partnershipBirthday, 24th + 31st December offShort term EU work policyMobility budgetHealth insuranceEmployee assistance programPlus more local benefits depending on your work location!DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION:FREENOW is an equal opportunity employer and we consider qualified applicants regardless of race, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age.
