Invoicing Specialist with Fluent Spanish and English Company: PageGroup SSC
About Our Client: The role is part of a new team being created and growing in our Barcelona Shared Service Centre. This team will be in charge of a range of Staff/HR Operations for our Temporary workers business across Europe. The Middle Office team has both a Customer Service and Transactional component ensuring that our temp contractors & freelancers are well managed.
Key Responsibilities: Main Administrative tasks:Work with sales teams to understand & document new customer invoicing needs (e.g., Portals, Self-Billing, additional documentation to be sent along invoices, etc.)Maintain the customer master databases to capture any special invoicing needs for specific customersReview revenue & check complianceCreate & send invoicesReceive self-billing information & manage reconciliationsSecondary tasks:Identify, assess, categorize and solve invoice errors & disputes in collaboration with Sales & Credit Collection teamsProvide accurate and timely responses and communication to internal and external customers' queries & requestsGenerate reporting (Disputed balances, Invoices/Credit notes) for business needsProfile Required: Ideally prior experience of:Working in a shared service center environmentWorking in Billing or Customer ServiceCollaborating effectively with international teams/cross-teams to deliverFluency in English and Spanish; any additional European language is a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, Dutch, German)Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ensures facts are correct, complete, and consistentExcellent customer-focus & communication skills (written & verbal)Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure & manage deadlinesAbility to work independently, take initiatives, continuous improvement mindsetFamiliar with ExcelWhat We Offer: Career opportunities.
