.What You'll Do :As an Intercompany Accountant, you will assist in posting and reconciling Intercompany journals, Interco accruals, and ensuring a full reconciliation between all information provided by the stakeholder teams and the accounting system (SAP).You will assist in the accounting for all Intercompany related subjects in your dedicated scope.The job evolves in a SOX compliant environment. You will assist in the delivery of SOX controls in a timely manner and with the expected level of quality.Your role will require you to work closely with the Field Finance, FP&A; and Corporate Tax teamsin different countries, with whom you will maintain a good working relationship.You will assist in ensuring that requests, pre-qualified by the front desk are delivered in a pre-defined deadline in conjunction with the front desk.You will also assist in ensuring that your monthly analysis respects the need for presenting data to our stakeholders.As an Accountant / Collaborator, you will assist in organizing your tasks, ensuring that collaboration with other departments is fully mobilized and meeting the deadlines.You will be part of a team working for other countries, and have to be able to support and be the backup for.You will assist in the optimization and standardization of our processes, support projects. This will also require a basic understanding of the specifics by country in which we operate.You will report to the Intercompany Manager and assist in anticipation of topics that are covered, plus proposing actions to improve processes which will need to be prioritized.Your position covers companies on defined perimeters, centralized in the AMS, but may be subject to changes.Your tasks will include :Daily :Assisting in the computation and supervision of the manual intercompany rechargeAssisting in the control of Intercompany entries by rising and analyzing BISanity check on Intercompany and associated itemsParticipation in projectsCollaboration with treasury to the cash landing and cash forecast processesAssisting in analyzing variations and developments.Assisting in setting up and / or updating the processesFollow up the issues raised to IIT departmentRegular feedback with managerMonth end closing :Assisting in the review and recording of all Intercompany journalsAssisting in recording of all accounting entries relating to catch-up, specific entries,Assisting in full reconciliation and documentation of both Balance Sheet and P&L; positions related to IntercompanyAssisting in the analysis of movements in all Intercompany related balance sheet accountsAssisting in the preparation of SOX controlsAssisting in the analysis and understanding of all major variances in reinvoicing with consistency tableScalability :Proposing ideas to harmonize & standardize the intercompany accounting for all entitiesAssisting in integrating new countries or acquisitions into standard processes
