Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your import/export expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll be responsible for supervising and coordinating all the activities related to our installations maintenance and general services management.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (demand planning, supply chain), assure that the installations work efficiently and safely, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of managing and supervising all installations maintenance activities such as electrical systems, mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, structures, etc.
We'll look to you for: Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Coordinate and supervise the tasks carried out by the maintenance team and external contractors, ensuring the quality and timeliness of the work performed.
Plan and coordinate renovation, repair, and improvement projects for facilities.
Manage general services, including cleaning, security, catering, and other support services.
Ensure compliance with safety, industrial safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Manage the budget of the facilities and general services department, controlling expenses and optimizing resources.
Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and solve potential problems.
Participate in the negotiation and renewal of contracts with suppliers and supervise the quality of the work performed.
Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and facility safety.
Collaborate with other departments to support daily operations and general maintenance and service requirements.
Maintain updated records of all maintenance activities, general services, and legal control.
Develop and manage energy efficiency programs to reduce energy consumption and operating costs.
Conduct and participate in periodic energy audits to identify energy savings opportunities.
