As Financial Controller, you will become a pivotal part of the company's Finance organization concerning reporting, forecasting, budgeting, ensuring compliance, and supporting field teams to achieve their goals in the most efficient and profitable way.ResponsibilitiesReport directly to the Director of Finance.Drive Budget and Forecast procedures. Benchmark actuals against planning and drive correction plans.Provide financial analysis and insights.Work closely with the local accounting teams in every country to ensure accurate financial reporting and support in the decision-making process.Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, company internal processes, tax legal and statutory requirements while getting heavily involved in the audit process.Create internal policies and apply controlling procedures.Support Cash flow management.Get involved in various Finance projects such as structuring the company's procurement, system selection, implementation and reporting change, structuring Finance procedures.Perform market research, data mining, and business intelligence where needed.Be responsible for preparing reports while communicating and presenting them to the business.Support Growth and Change processes.Support Business leaders.RequirementsUniversity degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.Post Graduate studies in Finance, Accounting or a Professional Qualification in Finance or Accounting is desirable (ex. ACCA, ACA).Excellent command of Spanish and English language.Any knowledge of other languages is appreciated as the FP&A department collaborates with accounting teams all over the world.Knowledge of IFRS standards and management accounting principles.5+ years of overall finance experience. Working experience in Fintech, Financial Services, IT or Betting industry will be an asset.User experience with ERP and Accounting Software.Understanding of reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning is required. Good business acumen.PC literacy. Full familiarity with office applications.
