Partnering with the Global Market Development team and other internal teams to develop and implement the EMEA marketing strategy across our Sample Preparation portfolio, initially focusing on automation of workflows through the adoption of magnetic bead technologies within the Core Research and Translational markets. Driving impactful marketing activities that highlight our added value will be essential, alongside the capacity to work in cross-divisional teams to build customer-centric workflows. The ability to demonstrate thought leadership and manage interactions with key opinion leaders within this field is also key to this role. Enable our commercial and distributor organizations to deliver EMEA Marketing revenue and achieve business financial goals. This role can be based remotely or working from a Thermo Fisher office in Western Europe.What will you do?Demonstrate insights into our customers and how our capabilities address their business-critical needs.Position campaigns with a "customer-first" point of view.Collaborate with our global marketing, regional marketing, and sales teams on marketing program development and implementation.Develop and deliver the regional marketing strategy & plan for your product area with a large degree of autonomy.Analyze marketing performance and use data-based evidence to adjust current campaigns in addition to creating new campaigns, where needed, to deliver against incremental revenue goals, accelerating demand in the EMEA region.Successfully launch New Product Introductions (NPIs) to direct customers and partners to achieve revenue targets, aligning with product management and commercial managers.Enable our sales channels (direct and channel partners) by providing impactful marketing, tools, and training to achieve financial and campaign goals.Regularly interact with senior leadership and perform detailed analysis & reporting around business performance, customers, markets, and segments.Lead the regional portfolio management tasks for sample preparation through organic solvent, spin column, magnetic beads, and hand-held magnet-based portfolio of products, collaborating with Commercial and Global teams.Own the marketing budget, ensuring marketing activities achieve expectations
