So, keep reading!TASKS:Responsible for administration and support of Envision in line with capability strategy and GxP requirements.Consulting and Analysis: As an SME, meet with business and IT stakeholders to understand and consult, define, assess, and deliver on demands (new functionality and system enhancements), related to the Medical Information capability.Project Activities: Support project activities, with focus on use case development, documentation, requirement assessment, and testing.Documentation: Determine documentation requirements and produce documentation as required in support of baseline and project activities, including documentation related to systems, processes, training, and knowledge articles.Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues (e.g., level 2 and 3 support for tickets, problems, and issues related to assigned systems).Perform technical and process SME tasks, including identifying system improvements related to daily operations, executing data analyst activities, and executing testing tasks. This includes support and resolution of complex technical topics, particularly related to data transformation and integration across systems.Complete training and develop deep knowledge to act as System Lead Delegate and Delegate Interface Owner.SKILLS:5+ years experience in IT projects, working in roles of System/Business Analyst and System SME.Managing system incidents/tickets in IT service management systems (e.g., ServiceNow).Working with business teams and translating business requirements into technical design.Degree in Information Technology or equivalent is preferred.ITIL knowledge, especially Incident, Problem, Configuration and Change management processes, is preferred.Ability to develop in-depth functional knowledge of related platforms and BI architecture.Experience with processes related to Medical Information and GxP systems is preferred.Experience with database query language (Oracle/Microsoft SQL) as well as experience with Excel for use in data analysis/data quality checks is preferred.Fluent language skills in English (written and spoken).Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail; Good communication skills and a positive attitude; Accountability and ownership, with the ability to collaborate with team members and cross-functionally; Stakeholder and vendor management skills.SCHEDULE:08/09h - 17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)1 day of office work | 4 days by remote.CONDITIONS:Salary package based on your profile.
