Job Description: As a YouTube MCN Account Manager you're part of our Social Video Growth Team and will be in charge of performance and assigned internal processes. In addition to supporting the Operations team, you will support the account management team in: optimizing YouTube videos, improving their presence on the platform, find and detecting videos on YouTube, especially soccer-related content.
ResponsibilitiesFinding and claiming content on the platformKnowledge of YouTube optimization (channel structure, SEO, tags, keywords, end cards, etc)Coordinate monthly recurrent executions through a calendar with the Operations Manager and execute it.Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, proceed with the integration of our CRM.Keep an eye on YouTube's ecosystem to catch potential clients in order to become the quintessential Sports NetworkLink with the Business Development and Content team to propose new content ideas corresponding to sponsorship opportunities.QualificationsCurious: you can never learn too much and you have a thing for investigation.Tech-savvy: you love the tech worldDetermined: You are focused and get things doneAnalytical: you are able to see the big picture, identify and connect the missing dotsResilient: you don't give up that easilyMeticulous: you pay attention to details.Ability to thrive in a startup environmentAbility to move quickly, think strategically and very good at tactical execution.Passion for technologiesWork under pressure (high growth company) organization skills, empathy etc.HIGHLY passionate about footballRequirements3+ years of working experience in a similar role (business development manager, sales executive, account manager, etc), doing all both sales and operations cycle from generating the opportunity to closing the dealProven experience working for SaaS, Digital or tech/software industry with a solution selling approachProven experience with Adobe (Photoshop)Knowledge on Sports and TV right holders, specially focus on LATAM landscapeFluent/ Native English levelProven sales/YT ops track recordProven experience conducting meetings through video-conference tools (and feel comfortable about it) and also for Face to Face meeting and presentations with C-level/VP executivesTech-savvy (skilled with technologies and software use/navigation)Degree and +6 month experience in AV Comm.Nice to have - They're not necessary, but if you've got them we won't complain!Background and/or knowledge of Intellectual Property and sport rightsKnowledge of SalesForce CRMAny other language is a plusAdditional InformationWhat we offer A friendly, diverse, and international team.You'll have top-notch Private Health Insurance, fully covered by the company.23 working days of holidays per year, plus the local public holidays.Indefinite Contract.Fridays we have reduced working hours.
