We are a creative production and post production house and we are currently seeking an experienced Post Producer to join our creative advertising team in our Barcelona office to work alongside our VFX Supervisors and other Leads to deliver high-quality VFX work for our clients.What You'll Do:Interpret client briefs and be capable of quantifying, pitching, scheduling and quoting on all aspects of post production.Provide production overview and status to stakeholders and leads.Partner with coordinators and leads to ensure full understanding of production requirements and constraints, in order to support the team to deliver the right quality experience in a predictable and efficient timeline.Overall responsibility for all Roadmap features from kick-off to release.Ability to produce complete budget wrap of each production, ensuring that all paperwork is filed correctly.Align the team around clear and motivating goals that are connected to the strategy and lead and support them to deliver quality features and content.Identify and plan for opportunities for short-term and long-term efficiency improvements.Ensure your team is healthy, motivated and high performing.Encourage and support a positive, creative, feedback-focused culture in your teams and help identify and resolve morale or engagement issues.Provide support, input and feedback towards individuals' performance and growth.Collaborate with other Producers on the improvement of your craft and overall production workflow.Be the hub of project communication, ensuring in-house teams have all of the required information to hand and relevant staff are present at creative sign offs.Maintain cost tracking; regularly update clients and ensure potential overspend is signed off prior to completion.What You'll Need:Clear understanding of post-production processes and VFX workflow.Experience with planning and coordinating advertising projects, including ATL and digital projects.Experience in leading multiple teams, aligning to and executing product vision and goals.Able to work in and foster a team culture of trust and respect, where open feedback, accountability, and courage to fail and learn are the norm.Able to receive feedback openly and adjust leadership style and way of working.Demonstrated analytical and data-informed decision making.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to analyze projects; ability to define objectives, delegate tasks and monitor the quality of the work done.Ability to manage a subcontractor team.Good work organization.Basic knowledge of image and sound post-production.Diligent pursuit of the established objectives.Good standards of personal presentation, excellent communication skills and eloquence in speaking and writing.Experience:+ 3 years of experience working in the commercial Industry, or television, as a Post Producer.English and Spanish both verbal and writing.Benefits:We have a coffee specialist in the office!Free coffee and tea.Fresh fruit every day.Health insurance and parking spots, partially paid.Possibility to enroll to our flexible payroll benefits.Flexible working hours.
