Join us to brighten your future!Position Summary and ResponsibilitiesDesign of analog and mixed-signal circuits for CMOS Image Sensors. Given specifications, define architecture, design at transistor-level with functional and performance simulations, layout design, physical extraction and development of verification and characterization methodology for them in silicon.Development of testbenches, behavioural models and block circuit simulations at the chip and system level for functional and response time checks.QualificationsTelecommunications Engineer (electronics specialty), Electronics Engineer, Physics Degree (electricity and electronics specialty).Knowledge of circuit design, analysis and simulation and layout/verification of bandgap regulators, operational amplifiers, DAC and ADC circuits.Cadence EDA tool knowledge: Virtuoso, Spectre, Physical Verification System (PVS) and/or Calibre.Knowledge of device physics and CMOS technology and their interaction with VLSI circuits.English: good level written and spoken.Desired KnowledgeExperience in the design of image CMOS sensors.Experience in designing High-speed PLL, regulators and serializers.Experience with DSP algorithms, FIR filter design, windowing techniques, decimation, interpolation and modulation.More than 3 years of experience designing analog circuits at the transistor level in integrated circuits, preferably with CMOS Standard technology.
