What will your day look like?
Use your technical understanding to configure best practice end-to-end experiences for our global client teams.
Once you are equipped with the necessary knowledge, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with developers and product managers to configure and operate a set of products within the product suite. Communicate and consult client service teams on configuration solutions across the product suite. Configure client business rules and product features based on specifications and design. Test configuration and newly developed features. Identify optimization possibilities. Who are you going to work with?

Moreover, you will work closely with the broader business such as marketing operational teams and client service teams.

You are proactive and detail-oriented, and with your logical and structured mindset, you find it easy to adapt to new software.
You can communicate ideas and technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Moreover, you are proactive, a sociable team player, and strong in building and maintaining relations.
In addition, you have experience with:
Technical skills with experience in configuring and operating a set of products within a platform. 1 year of experience coding JavaScript and/or Umbraco. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Ability to work in a multi-functional team and collaborate with internal teams. Working experience with SQL and XML would be considered a plus. Excellent communication skills, and highly proficient in the English language. A leader in personalized customer experiences:
