Say farewell to the ordinary, and hello to the extraordinary!Job DescriptionWhat you'll do:Manage and record goods deliveries.Record of F&B costs into the General Ledger System.Adhere to all cost control procedures (where applicable create new procedures).Update costings.Ensure compliance with documentation/authorisation processes.Process F&B accruals.Monitor inventories of F&B to increase inventory turnover.Participate in month end reporting procedures in relation to F&B stock and other tasks.Carry out weekly stock takes and evaluating potentials.Help with and maintain purchasing agreements.Maintain purchase system and ensure all items are up to date.Check and verify all reconciled inventory reports with book balance, actual count and unit costs.
