As part of our IT team, your expertise and commitment will help facilitate our patient-focused mission by developing and enhancing technological solutions.This Security Analyst role will support our security operations team in ensuring the security of systems within our organization by monitoring, investigating, and responding to potential security events, as well as working to improve our overall security posture.You will make an impact by...Support cyber technology platform operations and maintenance of key capabilities and services.Respond to security events alerts and incidents, conducting investigations, and resolving issues.Resolve escalated issues and incidents by performing moderately complex root cause analysis and developing and implementing solutions.Perform ongoing security posture assessments using commercial or native tools to identify and track remediation of risk in our cloud environments, under the guidance of cloud security Architects.Stay abreast with the cyber security threat and solution landscape to bring innovative solutions to improve Edwards security posture.Generate reports on the effectiveness of deployed technical capabilities.What you'll need (Required):Bachelor's Degree in related field required + 2 years of previous related experience.Familiarity supporting enterprise network security platforms and capabilities (e.g., endpoint security, network security, identity and access management, data security, security monitoring tools).Good organization and time management skills.Good verbal and written communication skills (English) and client-driven skills.What else we look for (Preferred):Certifications in related discipline preferred (e.g., CEH, CISM, CISSP).Working knowledge of security concepts in AWS and Azure.Experience implementing industry good practices (e.g., NIST, ISO2700x, SANS).Good organization and time management skills.Substantial knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity principles.Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate potential data security risks.Strict attention to detail.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
