Ragnarok is a rapidly-expanding full-service agency with teams in NYC, LA, and beyond. To help us handle our increasing workload, we are looking to bring on a CRM Strategist.
Responsibilities: Manage SMS and other campaign programs on behalf of clients and Ragnarok.Ongoing strategic campaign management, ensuring each piece of the campaign aligns with the strategy by directing feedback to internal and external creative partners.Design A/B Testing plans to drive meaningful results.Perform audits of existing clients' communication programs, websites, and mobile experiences.Provide ongoing analysis of data and present it to clients in a digestible format, along with observations and recommendations, on a weekly basis.Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on certain sales presentations and standup meetings with clients, with the ability to speak confidently about their deliverables, ideas, and best practices.Minimum Requirements: At least 5 years of direct experience in campaign strategy, including developing marketing programs from the ground up and managing them through execution.Brand-side experience working directly within marketing teams or agency-side experience working regularly on projects for different clients.Experience in overseeing content strategy and content development, including reviews/approvals for marketing materials that support the strategic marketing plan.Proven experience distilling information into cohesive campaign strategy.Experience in analyzing and driving marketing insights from data.Desire to work in a startup environment and grow with the company.Strong interpersonal skills, a good attitude, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.Ability to multi-task across simultaneous projects and deadlines, processing and communicating information quickly to appropriate parties.Self-starter and motivated.Loves dogs or cats (or both).Bonus Skills: Platform experience with Iterable, Braze, Sailthru, or Klaviyo.Facebook ad campaign experience.Experience with Lucidcharts (our preferred tool to map out customer journeys).Ragnarok, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
