We are currently seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead our digital product chapter and drive innovation. If you're passionate about managing cutting-edge products with a global impact, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing team.
What will your day to day be like? Lead the global product strategy and development process, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and successful product launches. Address customer, employee, and market needs through product improvements and new initiatives. Define key business initiatives with senior leadership and ensure effective communication of strategy and priorities. Monitor product performance using metrics, proactively addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for growth. Build strong internal and external relationships to foster innovation and ensure product quality. Lead and develop a high-performing digital product team, driving a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. What are we looking for? At least 7 years of experience in digital product management or related roles. Proven experience in leading the development and launch of successful digital products. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster innovation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align stakeholders and teams around product strategy. Ability to analyze market data and consumer insights to drive informed product decisions. Demonstrated experience in setting and monitoring KPIs to ensure product success. Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for product innovation.
