Role Overview: Data in Sales Learning is about the ability to measure the real impact of training and contribute directly to the bottom line of the company.
As a Sales Training Data Analyst, your role will be to support all data analysis and visualization requirements along with Learning Management System (LMS) reporting for the Sales Training and Development function within the Sales Strategy, Operations, and Enablement team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide recommendations based on high-quality data analysis and strong understanding of Sales Metrics and Performance, Learning Data, and the relation between them.
Drive improvements and recommendations that will have immediate and measurable impacts over both our Sales and Sales Training.
Create success measures aligned to business strategy.
Work with our Program Managers and Field Enablement Partners team to implement design standards for measuring and reporting on the impact of learning experiences.
Identify trends, themes, and correlations in training data, summarize impact, and recommend adjustments.
Organize and present learning and operational metrics in a way that allows the team and its internal customers to reinforce the impact and value of programs with various stakeholders.
Establish automated data collection mechanisms for KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and key metrics on both our operational and strategic performance.
Identify and implement new methodologies for evaluating the impact of various learning initiatives.
Produce metrics and reporting on program participation and compliance.
Qualifications: We are looking for a data analyst with background and experience generating, analyzing, and visualizing training and related sales performance reports to create and continuously improve learning programs and provide a holistic view of the health, performance, and impact of all sales enablement initiatives across the global commercial teams.
We seek a self-driven individual contributor with the capability and confidence to interface effectively with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders, both face-to-face (or virtually) and across geographies.
