We recognize that our People drive our company and we empower our People through our culture.As a Commercial Capability Manager, you will lead the design and the implementation of the capability strategy to enhance commercial competences and skills where digital, data-driven and innovative models play a crucial role in line with the CPO's strategy and its main objectives and key initiatives.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Design and implement the capability building agenda through the coordination of learning, upskilling and re-skilling plans that are integrated with Business Transformation, Strategic Planning and other critical priorities including NGE.Coordinate the critical business capabilities with Global and RE teams to work together in a multi-year plan that maximizes synergies and harmonizes ways of working.Models and sets standards for the company's stated culture of curious, unbossed and inspire and motivates talent and teams to perform with high standards, values and productivity.Establish a capability building model which addresses team and individual learning needs, designs and delivers innovative solutions and measures performance and impact.Leads innovation development groups to conduct insights as well as design outputs to their work, stimulating innovative ideas and testing of new approaches, ie Agile, IDA, design thinking among others, exploring state of the art learning and capability building trends in the industry and beyond.Act as a partner with external and internal resources and contractors needed for the execution of the capability roadmap.Coordinate with Data, Digital and other relevant units to identify upskill opportunities across the CPO.Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.Minimum requirements: What you'll bring to the role: Ability to see complex programs from a "big picture"/strategic level; able to communicate a clear vision and set direction for the team and drive teams to decisions.Track record of introducing new strategies, innovative learning methods and use of technology and transforming learning within organizations including data and digital components.Demonstrated experience implementing cross-functional capability building, upskilling and learning solutions within a large complex global enterprise for a highly educated workforce that transformed the employee's learning experience and increased their success
