.WHAT DOES AN HR Business Partner DO?As HR Business Partner for Spain, you will be part of the HR Iberia team and report into the HRD.
You will play a crucial role in the development and execution of the people agenda at the country level.
You will be an instrumental HR business and sparring partner to the functional Managers and their teams.
Understanding the inner workings and needs of the business in order to translate them into a People plan that aligns with regional & global strategies.
This key role covers a wide variety of HR topics as you will coordinate and execute key programs across a wide variety of HR functions including training & development, recruitment & onboarding, wellbeing, etc.Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Coordinate talent acquisition activities on the ground and deliver onboarding for new primos.Learning & Development: Deliver a strong calendar based on primo, team and Bacardi needs with the consumer at heart.
Driving skills and capabilities connected to business needs.Performance: Achieve HR priorities in alignment with annual objectives and quarterly priorities on performance cycle and Let's Talk.Inclusion and Diversity: Driving a strong "belonging calendar" focus on inclusion and diversity - making sure every primo feels they "belong".Employee Engagement: Drive sustained improvement in engagement and enablement, as measured through the Employee Engagement Survey (EES) and usage of internal communications tools.Financial: Contributes to effective management of structure cost & HR budget.Brand / Company Image: Being employer of choice and ensure visibility and protection of the company & brand through HR practices.This role is varied, and a large percentage of your time will be spent interacting with the local teams and key stakeholders.
As a result, you are expected to travel within your markets to stay connected to all stakeholders.Skills and Experience:Master or Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Psychology or HR.Significant working experience in an HR partner (generalist) role.Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and influence at all levels in the organization.Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Self-starter that thrives in a dynamic environment.Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.Independent thinker, strong business & digital savvy, and judgment to make independent decisions.Strong analytic skills with ability to pull and synthesize data into meaningful summaries.Open-minded and innovative thinker with a strong belief in diversity and inclusion.Trilingual preference (Spanish and English a must, Portuguese preferred).PERSONAL QUALITIES:Pro-active, Goal-oriented and Passionate about delivering sustainable results and constantly seek to improve.Ability to build and maintain great relationships with (key) stakeholders
