Role Overview
In this role, you will be accountable for the delivery of day-to-day email and call center campaigns with a customer-first approach across the EMEA Market. Reporting to the CRM Market Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and applying an end-to-end planning, development, and execution.
You will be a part of the broader International Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, which is responsible for customer acquisition and retention strategy while identifying ways to improve the channel's customer base value. This team is also a key part of the Digital Direct organization tasked with building stronger, more meaningful relationships directly with our customers and prospects.
Mission
Grow the performance of the HP contactable base by supporting a customer-first approach and optimizing the operational process to consistently improve the channel within each Market.
Duties & Responsibilities
End-to-end Email and Contact Centre Campaign Briefs to Execution across several markets in EMEA.
Weekly campaign Reporting.
Assisting CRM Lead in the development of Quarterly and Annual Strategy Planning.
Working alongside the Design Team to source images and ensure creative follows industry best practice and fits the requirements of the brief.
Develop a robust Test & Learn strategy to gain vital customer insight that enables the channel to continually develop and evolve.
Liaise with Store Team to ensure all campaigns fit the Store's Commercial Objectives.
Compiling content for Ad-hoc communications.
Identify and implement new innovations for the channel.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years CRM Marketing Experience.
Knowledge of direct/data-driven marketing theory and practice with demonstrable experience of testing, segmentation, targeting, campaign management, and campaign analysis.
Understanding of CRM KPIs, data, databases, and GDPR.
An analytical mind and comfortable analyzing and interrogating data with the ability to derive insight and action for future activity.
Knowledge of Google Analytics to derive insight on the success of campaigns.
Highly organized and agile with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills (additional languages a benefit, but not necessary).
Confident in your own ability and able to direct & critique design and copywriting within Direct Marketing and Brand contexts.
Experience writing campaign briefs and working directly with agencies to fulfill the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns.
Experience working with project management tools such as JIRA and campaign management tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
