We're seeking a recruiter to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates for Automat-it positions across EMEA. You will collaborate closely with Senior Recruiters, various departments, and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Work location - hybrid from Spain. Please submit your resume in English only.
Responsibilities:Generate and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, blogs, networking, events, etc.Own full responsibility for your assigned roles in our ATS (Comeet) daily to guarantee that all candidates' data and status are up to date.Support the hiring process of assigned roles and work closely with other recruiters in the team to help with generating candidates in the pipeline.Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organization.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organization's goals.Assure each role is posted on different platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other social media platforms.Benefits:

Minimum Requirements:3+ years of experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter in a global tech company1+ year of experience in interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting technical roles in the IT/DevOps/Cloud fields, such as - DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect, FinOps Analyst, etc.
