Responsible for the coordination of administrative tasks in the assigned assets, assuring the correct invoicing and expenses with a focus on opex control and suppliers.
Acting as the link between Finance and Operations, as well as the main point of contact for the external accounting agency and suppliers.
Key Role Responsibilities:Invoicing of third partiesRent concession controlCoordinate the registration of suppliers in the company systemProcess POs in Yardi from all departments such as Maintenance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Purchasing, etc.Process Accruals when invoice is not registeredMonitor the payments management software (Stripe) and do the cash balanceTrack account payablesManage security deposits and refundsMonitor the main KPIs of the assetsLead the reporting to the outsourced accounting providerCompletes a variety of administrative tasks to support the Operations activitiesKnowledge & Qualifications:Educated to FP de Grado medio studies or qualified by experience.Intermediate knowledge of EnglishExperience & Skills:At least 2 years of experience working in similar roles and managing ERP systems.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities to work effectively to deadlines.High accuracy and attention to detail.
