The Deskside Engineer will be L1 Skill level with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience in the end user domain and support, handling incidents and service requests as assigned for resolution.
Responsibilities include:
Providing desktop support and support for computer hardware systems, memory modules, and peripherals.Handling basic issues related to network end user devices, security practices, and antivirus programs.Ensuring that all computers and network systems run efficiently with high uptime.Possessing basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills on network and other data center related equipment (UPS, PACs, network cabling, power, etc.).Having basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills on audio & video and telephony equipment.Providing support to an organization's IT systems to help them meet their business goals.Collaborating with site and business unit IT leads and regional desktop leads to maintain transparency of quality (meetings, trends, narratives, plans, etc.).Leading IT tasks wherever needed and completing them within the timelines.Managing IT assets inventory based on available tools remotely.Complying with the organization's information security policies and procedures and providing solutions to end users adhering to the same.Providing support for software installation and management.Creating management level reports for mobile devices limited to SOP as provided for support for any configuration requirements.Installing, configuring, and possessing basic troubleshooting knowledge of GxP applications.Providing support to troubleshoot GxP application issues in coordination with the vendor.Salary: 1,800.00€ - 2,000.00€ per month
