As the Global Industry Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our industry-focused marketing strategy. Your mission? To define, develop, and activate impactful marketing initiatives. Collaborating closely with Industry leadership, Sales, Demand Generation, and Regional Marketing, you'll drive the strategic and tactical deployment of marketing programs and campaigns. Your focus? Elevating awareness and fueling demand generation across both established and emerging industries.
Key responsibilities: Develop and execute go-to-market marketing plans tailored to specific industries.Partner with industry leaders and regional marketing teams to identify needs, co-create action plans, and align efforts for successful go-to-market activities.Serve as program lead for the development and implementation of companywide marketing programs within each industry.Foster targeted approaches, including events, associations, and trade press initiatives, to maximize impact.Work closely with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and large account teams to craft compelling industry-specific content.Address the unique challenges faced by large companies through impactful enablement and campaigns.Work closely with product marketing to infuse industry-specific content and features into our overall messaging and collaterals.Work closely with the channel marketing team to design industry content and campaigns that resonate with our partner ecosystem.Track the adoption and activation of industry enablement and campaigns, analyze ROI and impact on marketing generated revenue.Engage with data analysts and competitive intelligence teams to support your strategies.Stay informed about market trends and competitions through regular monitoring.We are driven by honesty and act with integrity - #WhoAreU To thrive in the Global Industry Marketing Manager position at UR, we envision that you possess the following experiences and skills:
10 years of industry marketing experience, particularly in industrial automation (bonus points for robotics knowledge).A solid understanding of the global industry landscape, including familiarity with channels such as tradeshows, conferences, industrial media, online directories, and industry associations.Experience with sales and marketing funnel, lead nurturing, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), and sales qualified leads (SQLs).Excellent writing skills to create highly engaging sales and marketing enablement materials and campaigns.Knowledge of global market data sources, strong analytical skill, ability to transform data into compelling enablement.Project management skills: tracking tasks, deadlines, and priorities.Proven ability to work independently while delivering results within regional and global teams.Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment.Positive influence on internal and external stakeholders.High competency with tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce/Pardot, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Native or fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.This position requires domestic and international travel to customer and potential sites up to 25 percent.As a person you are independent, but still a team player.
