About the Company: for a European IT consultancy company focused on Cybersecurity, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a SOC Manager.
Core Responsibilities:

Contribute to process implementation and drive improvements to ensure consistency across security operations.
Manage sub-divisional relationships and support efforts to improve security performance via delivery of projects and programs that may involve the implementation of new technology.

Minimum Requirements:
Must Have:

Relevant working experience in the role.
Mature understanding of industry accepted standards for incident response actions and best practices related to SOC operations.
Knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, vulnerability management, and risk management.
Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in the preparation of metrics, reports, dashboards, and documentation.

Nice to Have:

Ability to prepare reports and dashboards and communicate to leadership.
Be a team player with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of the main OS (Unix, Linux, and Windows).
Willingness to enter a fast-growing environment.
