The Role
Holded seeks a highly experienced and strategic VP of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. This position will report directly to Javi Fondevila, co-CEO.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Holded's business objectives, target market, and brand positioning.Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of Holded's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.User Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, partnerships, and events.Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns, communications, and customer relationship management.Product Marketing: Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop and execute product marketing initiatives, including product launches, messaging, and positioning.Data-driven Insights: Utilize data analytics and market research to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and optimize marketing campaigns and initiatives.Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing efforts and drive overall business success.Industry Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain Holded's competitive edge.Requirements Previous proven experience as VP of Marketing.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for SMB or SaaS companies.Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.Fluent in English and Spanish.What it's like to work with us: Permanent contractRemote friendlyShort work-day on Fridays26 paid vacation daysFree catered lunch at the officeEnglish/Spanish classesReferral programContinuous Training: annual budget for training for each employeeFully equipped kitchen with snacks, drinks, and fresh fruitTop-notch work equipmentOffice in front of the sea with ping pong, pool table, PlayStation…Interesting projects and a great work environmentAn excellent opportunity to grow with the companyDiscounts on a Gym membershipAt Holded, we do things a bit differently.
