To learn more about us, visit stradaglobal.com.Senior Solution ConsultantThe SAP Time Solution Consultant is responsible for supporting and maintaining the time management system and/or customer service activities (guidance, consultancy), ensuring that the service is accurate and timely. Responsibilities can be focused on the SAP Time management system (PT) and/or customer service (guidance, consultancy).Specific tasks include:Translating business requirements into technical specifications and design.Building, modifying, and supporting pay rules, accruals, and request manager.Troubleshooting errors via pay rule analysis.Managing configuration migrations utilizing PTM.Supporting Time device management.Experience with SAP Time standard reports.What we ask for:Experience in SAP HCM Time Management (PT) application implementation or support/maintenance.Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies.Strong interest in delivering high-quality support in the field of Human Resources.Ability to multi-task, work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, and consistently achieve quality standards.Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.Commitment to the customer, the team, and the project.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Solid verbal and written communication skills in English; any other language will be welcome.Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.What we offer:Health Insurance (optional).Life Insurance.Flexible Compensation Plan: FCP products include Restaurant, Transportation, Kindergarten, and Training.Language Courses: 75% Language lessons (valued at a max. 100€ per month for 12 months).Work from home allowance.Interesting career development opportunities within the company.
