Therefore, we are creating a new role within the Operations team to support our strategy execution and the introduction of department-level objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The main responsibility in this role is to successfully hear all independent voices in our company towards a framework of goal setting and outcomes measurement. We currently believe that Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) will be our framework of choice, but if you have a different opinion, it is not too late to influence the decision.
As part of this role, you will act as an internal Product Manager regarding how we use our own product internally. This role sits in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities: Establish and lead a company-wide process and calendar for annual and quarterly strategy and goal planning, tracking, closing, and follow-up.Collaborate with departments to ensure OKRs are set on the calendar and reflect best practices.Manage the technology where we will host and follow up on these goals.Own and coordinate the review process, report, and evaluate how the company is tracking against OKRs.Serve as a center of excellence for OKR setting and management.Foster a culture of focus, alignment, commitment, tracking, and stretching.Support organizational initiatives using transferable skills in cross-functional mobilization, project and change management, and communication. What we think is true about you: 3+ years of relevant experience driving or facilitating company-wide performance management processes, ideally using OKRs.Experience with performance management software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excited about the opportunity to build out and scale our strategy and goal planning process.Natural curiosity, strong critical thinking skills, and resourceful problem solving.Highly organized self-starter with the ability to work remotely in a cross-functional, team-based environment.Flexible when faced with ambiguity and complexity, with the ability to improvise and iterate.
