.ATS Company : SP Industries Requisition ID : 10722 Location :Mataro, B, ESjob-location.Job-location-inline display : inline; Date: Mar 13, 2024Product ManagerATS Scientific Products is searching for an Aseptic Fill-Finish (AFF) Product Manager to become part of our team.In this role, you'll oversee the development and integration of various products, from vial washers, depyrogenation tunnels, filling, stoppering and capping equipment, loading and unloading systems, lyophilizers, tray loading systems, and full-line solutions that can be configured to suit each customer's needs.Your responsibilities will encompass gaining a deep insight into customer needs and processes, keeping abreast of market dynamics,steering the product lifecycle,identifying and pursuing new product initiatives, and collaborating closely with key partners, including R&D; , to ensure the productstrategy is effectively implemented.This will contribute to enhancing revenue, profit margins, and the growth of the brand.The ideal candidate should be based remotely in the EU and will actively interact with our Barcelona location and US East Coast teams.RESPONSIBILITIES :Product Lifecycle Management :- Identify and strategize for new market opportunities.- Evaluate new product ideas for feasibility.- Develop business cases for prioritizing development projects.- Launch new products to meet market demands and internal growth objectives, defining customer requirements.- Track and analyze product line financial performance, devising strategies for revenue and EBITDA growth.- Stay informed about competitors' offerings and market actions to swiftly develop countermeasures.Serves as Voice of Customer :- Develop thorough understanding of the company's products and competitive market landscape.- Understand and anticipate customer needs and product specifications for key markets.- Highlight product performance issues to stakeholders, pushing for prompt solutions.Forecasting & Pricing :- Offer insights on product sales, market trends, and significant sales opportunities to aid in crafting short and long-term sales forecasts and production plans.- Determine pricing for current and new products by analyzing market research, competitive pricing, production costs, and demand projections.Product Strategy and Collateral Development :- Collaborate with the Commercial Marketing team to grow demand and market share.- Create messaging, market positioning, and collateral for new product launches and campaigns.- Define communication objectives and propose marketing strategies for product lines.- Build and update a database of competitive insights,including product differentiation overviews.EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE- At least 5 years of product management experience in scientific / laboratory products, preferably in Fill-Finish Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.- Experienced in managing the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, growth, maturity, and phase-out#J-18808-Ljbffr
