Corporate IT & Data Solutions (CIDS) is responsible for all internally focused tools regarding our enterprise value chain. The major products in this enterprise value chain are Salesforce, SAP (4HANA), and our in-house built Corporate Data Management. In the architecture of SD Worx Enterprise tooling, Salesforce plays a crucial role. And this is why your role as our Salesforce Business Analyst is so important to us.

Engage with stakeholders to analyze their needs and suggest possible solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud.Analyze results of implemented functionalities.Use quantity and quality analysis for investigations.Document requirements to enable the design and implementation of the solution.Translate the requirement into clear User Stories so they can be implemented by the development team.Maintain business process documentation that will be used as a reference for preparing test cases and training documents.Listen actively and positively challenge the ways of working to be more efficient.Team-focused collaboration in an Agile team (e.g., Product Owner, Functional Analyst, Developers, Architects).Close interaction outside your own squad in an international environment.Keeping informed about the developments in the Salesforce technology stack, including all innovations that are included in future releases.From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
