We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as Customer Helper - Base Administrator for Catalonia Balearics!
Based at Palma Mallorca Airport.
Reporting to the Station Manager, the Base Administrator is a pivotal role within our Ground Operations Team.
This is a varied and interesting role in which you will work at the heart of the operation to support the Team with all administration duties.What will you do in the role?Key administration tasks such as maintaining staff records, stock levels, uniform ordering note taking/meeting minutes across multiple departments.Support the operation with tasks such as overtime processing, colleague car parking, temporary ID processing, as well as supporting colleague rostering where required.Play an important role in supporting recruitment activity ensuring a smooth and consistent process.Ad hoc tasks including managing petty cash and processing invoices.What are the key skills / experience you'll already have?The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and be a competent user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
You will have excellent planning and organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are also essential as is a strong teamwork ethos.
Knowledge of Airport and Passenger Operations processes is required, and experience of undertaking an administration-focused role within an airport environment would be an advantage.
