As a Customer Success Manager you will:Act as a Trusted Advisor to our Small and Mid-market customers helping them achieve business value and ROI from their investment in ForceManager.Maintain high levels of engagement to ensure customer's adoption and growth.Build strategy for your accounts to drive loyalty and avoid churn.Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and needs.Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success.Identify growth opportunities to ensure expansion within your segment.What we need from you:Bachelor's or Master's degree.Previous experience working as a Customer Success Manager in a B2B SaaS or strong sales B2B background.Strong focus and experience in renewals and improving adoption of SaaS tools.Previous experience in upselling and cross-selling will be a plus.Previous experience with Customer Success Tools.Technical understanding of SaaS concepts will be a plus.Computer savvy, love Technology.Completely fluent in Italian, English and Spanish is mandatory. Other European languages will be highly valued.Ability to work remotely and within a decentralized team.Great communication and interaction skills.Quick learner with positive attitude.Client oriented attitude with willingness to go the extra mile.We offer:Work from anywhere!
