We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager with proficiency in Russian. This role is perfect for a creative, strategic thinker eager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand success. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in crafting and implementing marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence and engage our Russian-speaking audience effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily operations of paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and Pinterest.Develop, optimize, and scale campaigns for various brands, ensuring ROAS targets are met.Continuously test and refine targeting strategies, ad creatives, landing pages, and other approaches to improve the performance of app-based campaigns (both Android and iOS).Regularly evaluate campaign performance metrics and KPIs to gauge success and ensure they align with business goals.Manage the entire creative process, including User-Generated Content (UGC).Leverage your expertise in Paid Social to understand its role within the broader media mix and its influence on the client's overall business objectives.Stay up to date on the latest trends, strategies, and best practices in paid social media and user acquisition.Essential Skills and ExperienceNative or fluent in Russian (both spoken and written) and fluent in English (C1+ level).A degree in Marketing or a related field is highly advantageous.At least 2 years of experience in Paid Social Media, particularly with Facebook Ads and mobile social campaigns.Previous experience in EdTech or FinTech industries is a must.Proven track record of managing successful direct response social media campaigns.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and utilize reporting tools effectively.Proficient in Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.Thorough technical knowledge of social media buying platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.Hands-on experience with setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing paid social media campaigns.Skilled in reporting, tracking, and drawing insights from campaign data.High level of initiative, autonomy, enthusiasm, and reliability.BenefitsWork remotely with a diverse, international team.Company-provided equipment (laptop, headset, etc.).Access to Udemy Business with unlimited courses.Opportunities for professional growth and development in a fast-paced environment.Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and modern business practices like Agile.
